Rental Agreement Summary

1. Equipment: One Starlink Mini kit with power cable, mount, and hard carrying case, inspected and photographed at pickup and return.
2. Service: Renter supplies their own Starlink account and service plan and is solely responsible for its fees and compliance with Starlink's terms. Renter must remove the device from their account at return.
3. Term & fees: $35/day, $79 weekend, $169/week, $399/month. Optional $25 Peninsula delivery. Late returns billed at the daily rate.
4. Deposit: $200–$300 card authorization hold, released after inspection; deductions for damage, missing parts, or late fees.
5. Damage/loss: Renter liable for damage beyond normal wear, up to full replacement cost of the kit.
6. Use: Lawful use only; no resale, subleasing, or tampering. Renter must be 18+ with valid ID.
7. Cancellation: Free up to 48h before pickup; later cancellations may forfeit one day's rate.
8. No warranty: Satellite connectivity is provided by Starlink and not guaranteed by DragonScale Ops. Liability limited to rental fees paid.
