Availability & booking

Your dates are held for 2 hours while you pay the $250 refundable deposit. Prefer to ask first? Text us a request.

Pickup Thu–Fri evening · Return Sun–Mon · 12-hour turnaround between rentals.

Set up your Starlink service (5 minutes)

  1. Download the Starlink app (iOS/Android) and create an account at starlink.com.
  2. Choose a Roam plan (Roam 50GB or Unlimited). Roam can be paused/cancelled monthly — check starlink.com for current pricing.
  3. At pickup, we remove the Mini from our account; in the app, tap Activate and scan the kit's serial/QR code.
  4. Power on with clear view of the sky, follow the app to connect to Wi‑Fi “STARLINK”.
  5. At return, remove the device from your account (Account → Devices) and pause/cancel your plan if you like.

Do this before your trip — activation needs internet. We'll do a quick test with you at pickup.

FAQ

Why do I need my own Starlink account?

Starlink service is tied to the account holder. You control your plan, data, and billing directly with Starlink; we only rent the hardware.

How much does Starlink service cost?

Set by Starlink, not us. Roam plans are billed monthly and can be paused. See starlink.com/roam.

What's included?

Starlink Mini, power cable, mount/kickstand, and hard carrying case.

How does power work?

The Mini runs on 12–48V DC (USB‑C PD 100W power banks or car adapters work). Bring a power source for off-grid use.

What if it's damaged?

Normal wear is fine. Damage or loss is deducted from the deposit hold, up to replacement cost per the agreement.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may forfeit one day's rate.
